Does anyone know if there is a PDF format of the service manuel. I see that people scan pages of the owners manuel. I din't know if anyone has scanned the service manuel for the world to see. |

That would be illegal, and therefore not allowed on BadWeB. |

If Manuel is undocumented, it would be doubly illegal.

If you go to Buell.com and then log into the "owners" section, manuals are available online there. |

Those are owners manuals on www.buell.com Service and Parts Manuals may be ordered from your Buell dealer. Buell makes excellent manuals (actually the Harley-Davidson Technical Publications Group) and they are worth the roughly $50 price. Periodically when a person has a problem I'll scan and post a page. I have every manual Buell has published from 1987 to 2008 and Buell has allowed me to be in a position to help. But, I'd never scan a complete manual. Buell did produce an electronic manual in 1996 to go with the printed manual. I've got a case of them here and why the heck they didn't keep doing it is, I fear, the result of politics rather than pragmatism. My wish is to see a system where a person who buys an OFFICIAL manual from Buell finds a product registration code in the book (just like software) and can enter than code and their V.I.N. and have access to the current up-to-date .pdf of the manual with all the known updates. (We have the technology and the ONLY impediment is politics) . . the good news for you is that I don't give up easily. Dat's da scopp. |

Your best bet is to by one from Buell or Ebay. I got mine there and for a fraction of the price. |

Hey so you know I found one for a bolt online, for free. click other bikes and they have a few buell's listed, one being an 03 bolt. not sure how legal it is?? I have a lightning, so it didnt help me too much. But I did win an 03 XB9S manual in mint condition for $7!!!!!!!! yea, SEVEN DOLLARS!!!! (auction details and title had different models, so no one bid on it but me!! I got lucky and it was what I wanted!!!) (Message edited by glitch on March 01, 2008) |

Support you dealer and just buy the damn manual. You will know so much more about your bike, and it makes excellent "office" reading. Screw the scumbags on ebay pirating copyrighted material. Just me 2 cents.... |
