Author Message   Bad_pete Posted on Sunday, August 03, 2003 - 12:38 pm:        All, I was checking my bike for a ride when I noticed the seat moves a bit. Maybe I am having new bike (XB9S)paranoia but my seat slides a full 1/4 inch front to back.Is this normal or did I put it on wrong? I know the sales guy told me it was a pain to get on. It does latch in and the front tongue goes into the slot and the back hooks appear to catch. But it still slides a bit. (Had to a rebuttal in there) Seriously though... my "S" is the same, and I've never noticed movement when riding so I haven't worried about it.
