From Buell's web site: "Buell® Pro-Series Race Kit for XB Models 82004-03Y $654.95 Ultimate package for improving the engine output of the XB models. The kit includes a Low Restriction Polished Ceramic Muffler P/N 65218-03Y, High Flow Air Cleaner P/N 29388-03Y, and recalibrated Race Electronic Control Module P/N 32620-03Y. Throttle position sensor, recalibration required for installation. Fits '04 XB12R and XB12S models." Damon writes: I wonder if the -03Y exhaust can has a valve like the stocker or not. The race muffler for the 9's is a -02Y can... different. I'm pretty sure you're not going to want to just put the race ECM in without the pipe and K&N filter. Buell says it's specifically for use with those parts: From Buell's site: "Buell® Pro-Series Race Electronic Control Module for XB Models 32620-03Y $209.95 Programmed with precise fuel delivery and ignition timing events required when using air cleaner P/N 29388-02Y and muffler P/N 65218-03Y. Throttle position sensor, recalibration required for installation. Fits '04 XB12R and XB12S models." http://www.buell.com/en_us/products/apparelaccessories/productslist.asp?Menu_ID= 4&ID=1976&MITEM=75 http://www.buell.com/en_us/products/apparelaccessories/productslist.asp?Menu_ID= 4&ID=1977&MITEM=75 |
