So i've been looking around for a set polished clutch inspection covers. Anybody know where i can get one for a good price? Any help would be appreciated. thanks |

If you're going to buy one over the counter, you ARE going to pay some good money. If you wanted to do some work yourself, you could sand off the color coating and take it to a metal finishing outfit in your area and ask them what they'd charge you to do the polishing... just a thought. |

Those parts won't take but a few hours to polish yourself. You could buy a stock set, and polish, then replace them when you change your oil. Been thinking about doing this myself. |

Thats a good idea, i think thats what i'm going to do. I saw American Sport Bike had a set but $125 is a little rich for my blood. What should i use to take the wrinkle black finish off. Mineral Spirits? |
