Ok now that I am asking for some help I know ya'll are gonna get to do this before me but oh well. I found PIA "Angel Eye" headlights that have several different colored rings around the outer rim. These rings can be set as your turn signals!!!!! The question is how would I wire into my harness or just splice the old blinks to the new. And how can I get both lights on at same time. I have a XB9SL in yellow! thanks guys |

If they are dual filament (doubtful) all you need to do is hook the low beam power and high beam power to the appropriate filament leads. If they are not dual filament you can simply wire the low beam power to both bulbs, but then you will not have a high beam, both lights will simply always be on. As for the turn signals, if you want to keep the stock ones (prolly a good idea, since I'd bet that having the tirn signals encircle the headlights is against the law), simply splice in power and ground leads from the existing turn signals. Otherwise cut them and reroute the wiring to the new Angel Eyes leads. |
