It has been suggested in another thread that Harley has a streetfighter based on the V-Rod Revolution engine due in August. Rumor has it the dealers have even seen it. Would Harley do that with us Buell-outs already druelling on ourselves for the new XB's? I'm getting ready to purchase my next bike and, after almost buying foreign, I saw the 12R's and it was a no-brainer for that point. Anyone have further info? Come on you dealership spies. |

I'd be pretty surprised if harley released something as radical as a V-rod powered streetfighter. What I have heard is that they're bringing out a VRSCB but I have no idea what it is. Probably some blacked-out version of the current V-rod. I'm curious as to how many of us were getting ready to buy an import and changed our minds when the XB12 was released. I had already started negotiating with the Aprilia dealer myself. Mike L. |

I think HD would come out with a Vmax beater before a street fighter. That wouldn't be too out of line of their market. A street fighter would/should come after a dirt tracker. |

Harley will have a new V-ROD family member, as stated on their website (under news). This new model will be nothing of interest or anything to consider over an XB12r/s unless you are currently interested in a V-ROD over a Buell. |
