But a mouse told me XB12XR... A Uly "R" eh? Wonder what that could be. |

Your mouse must be thinking of the XB12XT. |

I'd ALMOST believe an XB12Rs "Firebolt Long" but what would be the point of an XB12XR? |

sure you are not thinking of the Steve M bike ? His Uly bolt? It is a stunning ride, I suppose its alphabet would end up being XB12XR |

More like XB12XRT... How about an option to mount the 1125R front fairing w/ headlights on the XB12X? |

I'm not thinking of anything.... Someone told me (that oughta know...) that there was an "R" Ulysses that would be announced at the dealer meeting. No... It wasn't a dealer. He MAY have been thinking of the XT but I can't imagine they would be unveiling that at the dealer meeting seems how it's already on the website and all that but maybe... I was kinda thinking a Uly with a Firebolt (or 1125) fairing and number plates or something. Maybe even with a single person seat? Maybe even a STT fairing? Maybe an XT with regular suspension and the "R" fairing? I don't know. I just know I trust the source . |

the dealer meeting was last weekend, before the XT was on the site. |

Maybe he was confused then... I'm sure it's happened before. |

If it turns out to be real, My guess would be the Uly/Ss/STT frame with Ss/STT foot pegs and peg brackets. Maybe the 1125R tail section since it has the extra plastic on the end to get the license plate out over the rear tire (I think that's a D.O.T. thing). And either the Firebolt fairing (most likely) or 1125R fairing. I won't believe it until I see it but it sure is fun speculating |

Hmm... looks like my source may have been confused between a T and an R... Oh well . |

A Uly with Ss front fairing and seat, and aftermarket mirrors? Special edition? Don't see the point. ~SM |

That's the advantage to be lurking at home recovering. I'm limited to lifting 10# and my endurance is limited. But key strokes are pretty light weight. Maybe I'll venture out to M-boro and lay my eyes on a 1125r! Neil |
