I got the HELD phantom gloves. I really like them. I wanted to ensure they last a long time.

What should I do to clean and preserve them?

Is a soft soap and water and neatsfoot ok to use?

I'd use saddle soap or Lexol cleaner, and then a good leather cream. Be careful with Neatsfoot oil and make sure it is pure and doesn't contain any petroleum-based additives or that'll eat the stitching.

You bought premium gloves (I've got a pair, too) so don't skimp on their care.

+1 on the use of Lexol. That stuff is wonderful.
