I am looking to put a low fender on my Stt as the high one throws water right out front where it blows back in my face! I was looking at a Firebolt and the fender is white and looked to be molded in white plastic. I was at the shop in Ft Wayne yesterday and they told me that they only come in black. If I want a white one I have to paint it. This sound right to you? | ||

No, if you look through pictures in the archives you will see that they have been made in colors. I have seen blue, black, yellow, and red. I cannot recall seeing white though. My point is, colors are available, maybe they didn't look to the rest of the bikes. | ||

2003 XB9R came in white and blue, white stuff is out there. I thought the STT came with a high fender, that looks like a regular R/S model fender...?  | ||

They are having trouble selling them from what I can understand so have done them up a bit to try & move them. I can't understand why they aren't selling, especially in the limited Edition get up which includes the rear pegs, Ss seat & front fender plus you get the standard gear as well. They look like a tall Ss & I love the colour scheme. | ||

I dont want to hijack, I have a question about that rear fender? Will that application replace a stock fender on a 2006 Firebolt? I would like more coverage over my rear wheel. Tim~ | ||

OK I stopped asking the twits at the local shop called Liberty and they can get a white one for $70.00. I'll order it this weekend and that is that! Next a white Airbox cover and I'll get the orange one off! I got the bike cheap enough to make it worth while doing this to get the white bike. Thanks for the help guys. | ||

I just ordered one from my dealer yesterday, and he quoted me $70.00 also. We looked in the Buell body parts catalog (I didn't know there was such a thing either. He did have to cut the plastic wrap off, which shows how much it gets used), and discovered all of the low front fenders have the same part number. The only difference is the suffix, which specifies the color. Will try to get the whole number the next time I go by the shop, but for reference the suffix for the white fender is MAW, IIRC. I don't know what buell was thinking with that orange tank. I can see why those aren't selling but I have grown to love the white TT's. They remind me of a White Lightning. I could have understood the orange if the fly screen and side panels matched... that wouldn't be too bad.  | ||

Ii should so but I'd think call Andy at Appleton and see what he says. Your bike has the low fender now right? If not you need the headlight brace as well. The High Fender on the Stt/Uly also are the stabilizer for the lower headlight mount. I'd think all the XBs that have a low fender will have this part. | ||
