That was like 5 plus weeks ago, then he said within the week he would resend them out, Well As of last week I guess I came to the conclusion that he got my $$$$ and has no intention of either refunding my $$$ or making things right... I have called him left messages on his Phone and a dozen or so emails.. No answer from him at all.. Let this be a lesson learn here.. Can`t trust every Body, Not even a Fellow BAdweber at that too... Wish there was a section on this forum to leave FEEDBACK Good and BAd for deals that started within the Forum here... Hope he still visits here and want to set things right! hogs.... you may or may not have any recourse through paypal, but you still have time to file a claim with either your credit card company or banking institution. I've seen credit card companies dispute charges through paypal several months after the item(s) were purchased. If you paid for these items, and they were not provided, then Fraud has occurred. I'd also contact your State Attorney General's Office and file a claim with them. | ||

BTW: When you call his number he has "privacy director" so unidentified numbers have to leave a message. Calling with an ID'd number it rings to voicemail after 5 rings to Darrin and Janice Stephens. Well just goes to show.. I have sent him emails again today no replies from him to me... Is that Sinking him deeper??? He seems to answers others email why won`t he reply to the 15 or so now that I have sent...Not counting the others before and I have copies of all emails I have sent him on this matter from day one!... Seems like the old saying " YEah the Check is in the Mail... This all started Aug.30th as ya can see and Now its Dec. 4th I think enough time has gone by for me to bring this up...
