Just wanted to post a little appreciation. I had a minor get off at Buelltoberfest and luckily the replacement parts list was short and cheap. After trying the two local dealers with no success(they didn't even offer to order the parts), I tried SMHD...mind you, they are about an hour away. After a brief talk with Phil at the parts counter, I had every thing I needed...AND got treated like they were glad to see me. Well done! Phil and Bo have made me a customer for life. Just wanted to say thanks to one of our fine sponsors for making Buell ownership a little more fun. | ||

Would you believe me if I told you I had to talk them into selling me a Buell? Or that the salesman I had to talk the sale into was a world champion motorcycle racer, that raced Buells? Bizarre I know. That was five years ago, and the crew that's there now weren't there yet. They have come a long way. | ||

It takes good management. SMHD&B used to have a crew that was all about chrome, and leather hangy downs, you were either an HD rider, or a waste of their time. Cameron Ayers has really turned them around to treat every customer the way a customer should be treated, weather you're in there to buy a t-shirt, key fob, Buell, or a Screaming Eagle Custom. It was good meeting you as well. I had the best time during the Buelltoberfest non-event. | ||
