Hey a group of us are heading to the oyster run this upcoming weekend. Any buellers going? I will have the red XB12s with ventura bag and a windshield. |

I was thinking the same thing as Molly, it depends on the weather. Right now it is supposed to be just cloudy on Sunday, then again everyone here in the NW knows you can't trust the weatherman. |

Hey it's supposed to get down to under 40 tonight here in Seattle. Summer is over. Ride when you can. |

I've been dying to ride for some time. Can't believe 2 stinkin' screws are holding my world up. Ordering parts sucks... I was supposed to ride to Eugene on Sunday (work), but now it looks like another rental car. For those of you who do the Oyster run, make sure you post a follow up and tell us what it is like. Don't forget photos. |

I could be wrong on this but I think Samiam had an "incident" at the last run. He got bunched up in the crowd and ended up dumping it. Maybe if the gov'ment ever lets him up for air he can fill in the blanks. |

%@&$^%#!^%#!!!!!!!!!!! I forgot I'd be missing this year's Oyster Run! I really wanted to make amends for last year's run and make it this year, but as I am writing this on my way home from the middle east, I don't think it's going to be possible (currently in Maine). I suppose that could be viewed as good news since I am making it back home in one piece but I'm still disappointed that I'm missing it. Also kind of interesting but this does mark my one year anniversary of wrecking my bike just like CorporateMonkey said. On a side note, I am planning a day trip on Hwy 20 a couple of days after getting back in Washington...That is, after I get my new goodies on my bike... More on that later... Anyway it's good to be back in the states and I hope to see you guys soon. -Sam |

So I wasn't able to do a nice long ride this weekend, partly because of the weather, mostly because I had to work 16 hours on Saturday. Hopefully I can get a day this next weekend. I'll keep you guys informed, in case one of you would like to join... Sam |
