Does Buell offer touch up paint for the aluminum frame on the XB9R/S bikes? Other's here may have experience with scratches/dents on the frame. Just wondering what you used to finish it up. I've got a small area on the swingarm, right around the rear axle that was scraped along some pavement. I lowsided making a left turn at a 4-way intersection. I'm almost ashamed to share what happened. Let's just say it was a rookie mistake with some new tires that hadn't been scrubbed in yet... road rash sucks! Good news is damage was minimal. Scraped up the bar-end, ground up and broke shifter toe peg, small scrape on tail section, and a small scrape on the swingarm. Thnx! Jody S. |

Dave, Do you have those carbon fiber/kevlar frame sliders in stock and how much would they run shipped? (Why bother painting scratches when you can cover them!) Bryan |
