I saw the 2008 xbr in my local HD shop. I didn't think you would be able to purchase them this soon. |

I will stop by my local, but from what I have seen through last week they were spending their time prepping the new Harleys. Can't blame them to much as they sell 20 to 25 Harleys to 1 Buell. I know, we have 2 in my garage. The Buell will come in the spring. All I have to do is work 60 to 70 hours a week all winter....at least it will be worth it - to me. |

My local dealer is getting a Valencia Orange XB12S in early Aug. I think I will go drop a deposit on my first Buell, been wanting one for years now. My dad plans on picking up the first white XBR that hits the floor a week or so later. |

60 hours is only a 5 day week. Plenty of free time each week there. That is why 72 is doable where I work. Still get a whole day off each week to get real drunk after the 6th day, ride on that day off and rest that night before you do it all again. About 2800 hours of work each year for the past 5. Looking to get my 4th bike in 5 years next year. Plenty of time to rest when I die, but it does cut into my riding time. Only squeeze in about 10 to 12K miles a year. |

My local dealer had two 08 XB12S's on the floor today. A 07 XB12R and an 07 CityX completed the Buells. Not one used Buell or Uly or Blast in the place. Dan |

No 08s at my local yet. Oddly enough there were no 08 Harleys on the floor either, although the service area had a few and I know that people have bought and are riding them. They still have 2 07 XB12X models on the floor, 1 black and 1 orange. They have an XB12STT in orange, an XB12Ss in red and a black Blast. Last I knew there was also a black XB9X out in the service area being beat up as a road test mule. It isn't like they hide these things. They have their own location right in the middle of the floor and other than for about a one month period during the last 3 years, they have always been right out there. I don't recall ever seeing any used Buells in the place. I also know that they are selling Buells on a regular basis. Ulys are the top seller, followed by Firebolts and Blasts third. For some reason not many folks around here want the Lightning series, the ones I lust after the most. |
