Hi;
Have a 2007 Super TT with 5000 miles.
Was out riding today, 75 mph and 3500 rpm and the Check Engine Light came on. Came off the throttle and at 2900 rpm the light went out. Increased the rpm to 3200 and the light came back on. Did this 3 or 4 times. When I got home I checked for trouble codes. There are no historic trouble codes or current trouble codes. Anyone have any thoughts on this. Thanks for any information.

Looks like a ecm problem!
the ecm runs a close loep at 3000rpm
till 4000rpm.
ride the bike with the rpm at 3000 and hold it for a while.

perhaps you have change your set up??
and did not do a tps reset???

Could be high engine temperature. I don't think that will set a code.

The light comes on steady before it goes into skip-spark mode (stage one). It will flash in skip mode (stage two).

If you get an intake air leak and it starts running lean, the temp will rise. Just a guess though, could be many things.
