What kind of mods have you done on the horsepower side? Your bike comes up so fast, and in third....my '07 won't do that. How much air you have in that rear tire. And finally could you explain the procedure on that flip plate bro. Thanks...much appreciated. How long you been stunting? You are good. Don't want to sound like your Mom but, Wear your leathers!!! |

please be safe and wear your gear. good buddy of mine passed away yesterday. went up and looped out. he got on the brake and came down and had speed wobbles and was thrown off into a car that ran over his head. he was brain dead 36 hours later. please be safe. im not trying to lecture you but its a reality you have to consider when you do things like that. please consider them http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=us er.viewprofile&friendID=105046097 |

sorry about your buddy, man, there's always risks you take getting on a bike even if you don't expect it. i haven't done much to my bike other than cosmetically. modified the stock exhaust is about it. been "stunting" for a couple years i guess. it's all about practice and timing, and about 28 pounds in my rear, so just under the normal pressure. at highway speeds i gotta drop it down to about 60 mph in 3rd gear. as for the "hide a plate", i used a cabinet hinge from home depot, mounted to a metal bracket. the stock bracket might work if you could bend it up a little...i can post pictures if you want, i'm in the process of moving and don't have my computer hooked up quite yet. enough with the speeches on wearing the gear already! the ONLY time i wasn't wearing gear in that video was all in about half an hour of footage. everytime i post up something like that it's all i hear about...besides, i hate to say it, but i don't think gear would help much if i got thrown under a car. "enough with the speeches on wearing the gear already!" Let your freak flag fly, brother. Wish I had the balls to do stand-ups like that. I got a scar (a long time ago, before you were even born) in an embarassing place from a stand-up gone disasterously wrong. It pretty much kept my butt in the seat after that. I liked those stoppies. |

Great video. I still haven't figured out how to get my Ulysses up in 3rd, but first and second are no problem. |

Nice vid Duff. Maybe some day I'll actually put some miles on my bike again so we can go rock it again. For those asking about 3rd it takes your left foot on the passenger peg, about 50-60 mph, a good bounce, some gas and dropping the clutch. It sounds like a ton to do in a matter of seconds, but once you've done it a couple times it happens really quick. I guess I should say from what I remember since I really haven't ridden this season or last..... |

besides, i hate to say it, but i don't think gear would help much if i got thrown under a car. I just hope you're never in the scenario where you're sliding on the pavement and wishing there was a car near by to end the pain...Just kidding man. You're a big boy and able to make your own decisions. |

Awesome riding Duff , a question : is there any issue with oil supply for these verticle durations ? keep the rubber side [at least one] down. |
