Here's the chopper Granted, that is probably one of the more "clean" Buell choppers I've seen but I find it interesting that they used the stock swingarm, just converted it to rigid. And the warning sticker is still on lol!. I still have to give the builder props though. Sam |

That bike is pretty nice. i also second how they retained the factory swing arm. if i had the money i would buy it. i like the fact that it uses a usable tire in the rear. so its still capable of some cornering. unlike some of the other buell chopper frames on the market that use huge rears. |

I like it! I like the mounting location of the speedometer. Suicide shifter meets speed check! If I felt the need for a "puddin' bowl" and a wife beater, this would be the sled I'd choose. Well done! |

All that work on getting "The Look" and you leave the warning sticker on the swingarm???? Like it, tho.... |

So, you take a sport motorcycle and use just about every part of it, but you make it heavier and less able to go around a corner. Oh and don't forget to use fwd controls, they are ridiculous! |

Beautiful bike but, poor choice in gas tank, is that a Sportster tank? I always despised the turd of a gas tank the sportsters had... But I have to say that bike is HOT... how is the belt tensioned? |

It's a nice bike for a Buell chopper. It looks pretty clean and well made. The stock swingarm looks out of place on it, though. |

I don't like choppers! But this one I do, it is probably because I love my buell so much and there is a lot of similarties. I do like bobbers and cafe racers. Infact I would like to build one some day (even though I have little to no wrenching skill). If this bike cost more like $3,000 I could see buying it. |

at least he didn't put a carb on it with a chain drive and a rigid...oops, what? two oil tanks? or is that just a cover?...foward controls, blechhh!!! |

Not a bad looking rig, not what I'd build personally but still a nice looking bike. My guess would be the "standard oil bag" is a hideout for all the FI stuff, pretty slick keeping it a fuelie. |

Wow I didn't notice until seeing the video that he used the stock Firebolt handlebars! With that, the bike definitely lost points in my book. Talk about uncomfortable! Sam |

armchair wrenches. the lot of ya!! i woulda done this....i woulda done that!!! LOL!!!! sounds like these goofy scripted presidential debates we've been having as of late. but a lot more entertaining. cause i love the subject matter here. i like it. used as many stock parts as possible, and even though he did away with probably the 2 most important parts to us (ie suspension and frame) he gained the 2 most important things to him. having a good looking custom and having it be a buell. i'm flattered. and i'll race it anyday. |

Nice for a Buell chop. Actually the warning sticker on the swingarm gives it just a hint of "stockness" I'd bet someone that knew nothing about Buell might be tricked into thinking it's a stock bike. At any rate it's a relief to see more XB's being used for chops, rather than tubers. At least they're still making the XB's. Of course once Buell moves on to the next model it'll be a tragedy to see on chopped, but for now it's not soo bad. |

Yes, yes I am an armchair wrencher; for now. I will build my own someday, right now I am wrenching on an old school merry-go-round I got for the kids. It's freaking awesome, you know the ones they've outlawed because they're "unsafe" it's just like the one myself and hundreds of other kids played on in the 70's and early 80's. It's just like a bike, you mistreat it and not respect it, you may get hurt. It's part of this great big thing called life, get some! And I picked it up for $30. It's 8' across with stainless handles and a new bearing, talk about deal of the century! Woo hoo |
