I was browsing through Dennis Kirk online catalog looking for parts for my other bike and decided to see what they offered for my uly. Anybody use this filter yet and have comments on it. Uni is pretty known in the dirt world for excellent filtration in the harshest conditions. Looking to replace my stocker for one. I am not too fond of oiled gauze filters like K&N. I've fitted Uni Filters to all of my dirt bikes with good results. When they introduced the XB model, I bought one directly from the factory. Been using it for two years now. It works fine. |

Thanks, my stocker will need to be replaced soon and looks like I will use a uni. Plus its cheaper than a stock filter anyways. |

I have been using one with the FAST system on my XB9SX for some time as well.

I love them in my ATV, but if you have to oil them like their off-road filters, no thanks! |

i've been looking at the UNI for a while since i'm familiar from dirt biking. my K&N screen has deteriorated and it doesn't fit snug with my '05 base and '07 lid. been wanting to replace it. thanks for the link... just ordered the UNI. |
