I don't know if anyone has installed this on a Buell before, so I figured I would share my experience...

I just installed the Custom Chrome Clutchlite on my '03 XB9S. Wow what a great part! The Clutch pull is 25-30% lighter than stock and just as smooth.

It is the same principal as the Muller, but much less expensive. It's a replacement Inner Ramp for the Clutch Release Mechanism.

It's a high quality part, that is a 1 for 1 replacement for the stock inner ramp (no extra pieces like the Free Spirits).

The install took about 10 minutes. The hardest part was removing the retaining ring that holds the inner & outer ramps together. I adjusted per the manual, and it worked great...no slips or drag.

The best part is you can find it online for under $40. I don't believe any sponsors are selling them....so do a Google Search

It comes in Soft, X-Soft, and XX-Soft. I used the Soft and it feels very good.

Do a Google Search for 'Custom Chrome Clutchlite'

One more thing, the manual says to discard the old retaining ring and replace with a new one (less than $1). I re-used the old one with no problems.

Update: After 2500 miles it is holding up just fine. I haven't even needed to adjust the clutch.
