...The life out of my (1 year on the bike to date) Buell Race muffler-real world. Got me an original drummer. - low end is crisper now, great pull from > 1500 rpm - no "hit" at 4500 rpm- just pulls linear - shorty AOL lends to the look of the short Buell - Sounds BIG and THROATY in comparison Thanks Kevin- you 'da man! |

seems like there's always good posts on the Drummer.... Too bad its so hard to get one. You don't even see them on eBay. I'm itching to get some after market exhaust love. The race pipe is hard to come by, Micron is super expensive but may be the only choice for near future gratification. ...I guess if all else fails I could always get a Drummer over the winter. |

If you're Drummer is so great then why does it say it "SUX" in the forum title? Was this a cheap way to get views and responses? |

Turn around time for an original Drummer is currently less than a week not including shipping. The stainless Drummers are more labor intensive and we are currently bringing on line some semi-automated equipment to speed up the manufacturing process. We are hoping to cut the manufacturing time down and build up an inventory. Kevin is also in the middle of moving to a larger facility. He's almost finished with the move. The carbon Drummers are tough because getting the carbon is very difficult. We need pre orders to get enough quantity to make a larger purchase from our supplier. The stuff ain't cheap, it's in high demand and they don't want to sell small quantities. I hope this answers the questions and dispels the disinformation. |

I contacted Kevin about either a stainless or carbon fiber Drummer about a week ago and he didn`t give a date that he would have any in stock. He did mention that he`s in the process of moving. I`m leaning toward a CF Drummer. If he just had one in stock to buy. |
