Love that black 'Bolt 2k3! The semi-gloss gives it a real sinister look. Have you thought about tinting the windscreen? I dig the old school pinstripes, who'da thought that would work on there? Very nice bike! Very nice bike! |

By the way, you ditched the belt guard huh? How is it in the rain? I hear they really kick up the water without it, true? Sure looks better without it. |

Thanks Sam,I just wish I could post a better quality picture of it. My camera is no cheap unit. But when I shrink it down to post it,it gets crappy. |

I haven't had the chance to ride yet considering the salt and crap still on the roads so I really don't know how well they will perform for me. |

...what do you think about this really custom fiberglass flyscreen? Not painted but "all in one", it comes already finished out of the die!
This is only the first prototype, produced for me by a brilliant drums artisan, see more samples of his stuff here: http://www.mydrumpix.com/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=544} |

lol it does kinda remind me of a fishing boat now that you mention it. But it still looks nice do they make all the pieces like that or just the flyscreen? |

Just my few winter mods on the 07' bolt. Slipped on a Drummer, traction pegs, double bubble windscreen, Pazzo long levers with cherry red selectors, red bar-ends (which i'm replacing with black because they aren't a perfect match) and home depot sliders. I gotta say I was very reluctant to drop a lot of money on levers but I just love the look and feel of the Pazzo's. Temps supposed to be in the 60's this week in PA so I will give them the road test soon.

Just a side note...i've been looking for the black wrinkle rider heel guards but can't find them anywhere. They are also no longer on the Buell website, so I suspect they discontinued them. If anybody knows where I can get them let me know. Thanks. |

Typeone, Love the look of your bike, but tell me: where does your license plate go? I am trying to find a spot for mine. Anyone see any chopper-style side mounting on Buells? |

Nope, haven't seen that yet Ghalsey. Not sure it would look good, but I do like the look of the lay-down mount. Check the Knowledge Vault for that tip. |

Hey Ghalsey run it dirty like my friends and I used to in college!!!! Insurance? License plates? Who needs em when you can run like a bastard? BTW, I'm just messing around. I do have insurance and a plate on my bike now, but I didn't in college on my Yamaha. Man that made for some interesting nights in Manhattan KS at K-State! |
