I did a search and came away from it with mixed reviews.
Does anyone here use the Grip Skins that IronMachine sells? Do they stay on well over an extended period of time or start to curl up when exposed to sun, heat, etc.?
When removed do they mess up your paint?
I know it says in the ad that it doesn't harm the paint if removed but you know how that goes!
If there is another non permanent option I would love to hear about it as well as where it can be purchased.
Many thanks!!

Stomp pads - google them up - also I'd bet they're sold by almost any of our sponsors if not by Iron Machine themselves.

Big difference if you're hanging off to have something on the airbox that you can "grab" the bike with the inside of your thigh. Makes it easier to unload your arms when turning.

I've used Stomp pads and also the grip tape you can buy from Lowes or Home Depot - and they both work really well BUT grip tape can wear the surface of the leathers a little bit.

I used the stomp pad that came with my burton snowboard bindings! work great, they come off pretty easy, don't fall off, sun doesn't do anything to them. Doesn't hurt the paint! Just put the board away and pulled the bike out! time to play!

I like the TechSpec pads better on my Buells, and they're much more easily removed, even re-useable. Pre-cut for your application, so you just stick 'em on there and go. Here: http://www.techspec-usa.com/

They stick well, until you want to remove them. No curling, no peeling. I've used them for years, in a +100F climate.

I suspect IronMachine'll letcha look at a set before you commit. He's a good guy.

Thanks for the replies.
Now just gotta figure out which ones to go with although I am strongly leaning towards the removeable ones just in case they get damaged.
