Got a memo from Buell letting all the dealers know to do their "homework" regarding AMA, Motorcross, and Supercross. Just wondering if Buell is making a Dirt Bike |

MAYBE-maybe-maybemaybe! But I'm guessing a 1203 Dakar bike, ten inches travel front and rear, eight gallons of gas, and Knobbys out the a$$!!!!!! |

I own a Uly. I will own a dirt bike. I think others are in the same boat. I would love a great, light, 450cc, dirt bike, that handles well, is good off road, and is street legal. Makes sense to me for Buell to move in this direction. |

Just got back from the factory. There were places we were not allowed to see, a second assembly line. They would neither confirm nor deny anything being built back there.... And when I talked to Erik about my CityX and how I liked the TT but wasnt going to trade in for it since I was waiting for the new dirt bike.... He didnt say a word. Just Grinned and passed over it. There will be some very exciting things coming our way.... I just wish it was sooner rather than later. Then I can put my CityX out to pasture and use her as a "bagger" and get a dedicated mudder with the Buell Logo |

I really like the fuel in frame, oil in the swing arm, low maintenance, low priced BMW |

>>>buell just copies what BMW are doing So you are thinking that Buell is going to be spending the next 7 years evading questions about screwed up fuel injection and surging? I doubt it. I'd love to stay and talk, but I'm still trying to get my BMW fixed. It sounds from your post that you are new to motorcycling. Stick around and you can learn some stuff. Court |

I just visited two different dealers this week, unfortunately both will be ill equipped to make the leap. One was a multi-manufacturer, and one was a Buell/HD. Both people I talked to got the memo, but nobody seemed to embrace the vision. There are many empty buildings available with great locations....... BTW, I did see a TT at one store. TT=Cool! I get it now. |

Maybe since Buell is looking to bring in a new market they can start looking at the opposite sex for revenue. I mean hell we look at them anyway, might as well get some money out of them.
