Heres a pic of a rear Stealth slider from Dark horse & the swing arm it was protecting. Neither the bike or pic are mine. I can't remember who's it is but it's worth a thousand words.
I'd say they're worth having. |

I've seen the results with them on and they are well worth it. The incident I saw was low speed but the protection was evident. Results of crash was broken foot peg, bent handlebars, and broken mirrors. Not a scratch on the swingarm. |

I recently went down, I think Buellballs is referring to me. I went down about 45MPH, sliders saved the fork and swing arm, pucks saved the frame. $84 worth of parts to fix the bike, LS scoop, oil cooler scoop, shift linkage, and a foot peg. Bike is good as new now. |

I have'nt had to chance to test mine and hope never to.But I can tell you keith at DHM is a great guy, service is outstanding. I bought a set from Dave and got 2 sets of rear instead front and rear Called Keith at DHM and he had corret set on the way before I had the chance to ship the wrong one back.I would highly recomend him cause he makes a great part at a reasonable price and great service after the sale if needed. |

I have seen two incidents. Both bikes had the sliders by dark horse. Saved there frames both times. Made me a believer and I am now running the dark horse sliders on my rear. |

Here ya go. Got this one while sitting still at a traffic light. Senior citizen rear ended me and pushed me about 2-3 feet along the ground. The front slider took barely a scrape because the frame pucks held the bike up off the ground so well.

Hi guys, It is very rewarding to hear that our products are performing as we intended. Thank you for the kind words. We are working hard to improve our slider's performance based on feedback from our fantastic customers as well as using ANSYS to perform structural analysis. Keith DarkHorseMoto BTW, we sell individual, replacement sliders. |

Definitely get the sliders/spool stands. The rear stands that lift from the swingarm are unsteady - especially when running the engine - they'll slide. |

The DHM products are top quality. I have several satisfied customers with DHM sliders. This includes our XBRR sliders as well. |

Cord, actually I never saw yours, but Aron and I both saw Paul's. The first item bought for my bike was the DHM sliders. |

When are the Delrin sliders gonna be available? We really are working on Delrin and/or Nylon sliders. We currently have three different designs that we are evaluating using ANSYS. Please hang in there a little longer... |
