I'm thinking about getting rearsets for my bike. I'm looking at the LSL's and I'm also looking at the Woodcraft Rearsets. I'm leaning towards the Woodcraft set, but I am 6'-4", and I'm a little worried about moving the peg location any higher than the stock lightning locations. What do you guys recommend? Anyone have experience with either sets of these rearsets, or any other for that matter? |

I have a set of black Sato Rearsets. They are multi-adjustable and have bearings in the pivots. Very nice. |

Rizomas are excellent. Also worth looking at are the Free Spirits billet rearsets, these are not as extreme as some others and could be better for a taller rider. We use these on our race bike for phil Read, who is 6'2", and he finds them very comfortable and not at all cramped. They are adjusted by means of an eccentric pivot point rather than by the 'pegboard' system that Rizoma and Gilles use, wh.ch makes the Free Spirits items a lot more pleasing to the eye The linkage is also extremely good and gives much better feel than stock.

Trojan, I sent you an email last week asking about the LSL rearsets. Did you get my email? BTW, I really like the looks of the Free Spirits set up. |
