Ok so I posted back that I put a set of LED blinkers on my bike and then went out and bough a box that I hooked up in line with the blinker and was supposed to make them not blink as fast or in my case work with out just making the relay buzz... Lets get to it, the other night it was freezing cold and I rode home and the blinkers worked the whole way home even into the drive way (the weather was around 30 degrees out) and then the next morning come out and go to work and no blinkers the whole way? i checked the fuse nothing, so today i go out and get a relay that doesnt use the blinker out system and it blows the igntion fuse if i turn the bike on with the relay plugged in??? What relay can i buy from the local parts store to make the blinkers work? I dont have the time to wait for the one from web to get here I need blinkers tomorrow night for work? anyone can help out? thanks Dustin | ||

Autozone sells a variable load blinker relay for autos, that I use on my XR650 with LED blinkers. 15 bucks. | ||

There are two different standards that use the same physical pin location, ISO and JSO. If yours is blowing fuses, you have the wrong one for use on Buells. thanks swords man i needed the help treadmarks I will have to check it out I got one from advanced discount and didnt help but it was pretty much just a guess what I was getting AL i need something in hand today. I cant afford one more ticket or im screwed and walkin again! so I need to fix it asap | ||

check in the KV section. I remember someone having the part number for the relay for the LED blinkers that is available in most autoparts stores. I think it was ~8 bucks. | ||

thanks to Mmobb....here is what he posted... The flasher is a BUSS BP/232 2 pin heavy duty for 1 to 10 bulbs. It works great on my Clear Alternatives integral tail/indicators with Shock LED's up front. Just $8.39 at O'Reilly | ||

Couldn't find BP232, but NAPA ep35 ($14) is crossover from Grote and is a direct plugin to the xb12 socket. Now all my LED signals go blinky blinky! |
