I was at my dealer today, and they had a new white TT parked out front. It looks sort of goofy in person. The sales manager said they got it late last week. I sat on it for a while and wondered what's the point. It wasn't as comfy as my cityx, nor was it as interesting as a Uly. Maybe I am not seeing its market? Thoughts? |

its a uly short. Aimed at all the people that complained about the altitude of the Uly last year. Havent sat on one yet, but I am keeping my CityX; TT be damned. I have 3 people holding off on other Buell models until they ride the TT. I suppose that is where the proof is. Drop a line anytime you want to come ride over on the peninsula, Bike nite is WEds, and Sunday when Spring gets here. |

I got to see the TT at Annapolis Buell only hours after it came out of the crate. Not even on the floor yet and no mirrors on it. Looked it over good and sat on it. I agree with a lot of others that it is better in person. I like it and it is on my short list for next bike. I think it's a great addition to the XB lineup. OK, label me, but I like the number plates. I'm not convinced on the half front fender but a full fender in white would give it a better Supermoto/TT look. Maybe even a rear white fender in place of the cheesegrater (although it doesn't grate anymore) With what is touted as the best XB suspension yet, it's at least a starting point if you want a short Uly or a tall Lightning. Or even better....race it in TT!! Where is Battletrax!!! |
