Just wondering, I'm thinking of fitting a Cheesegrater eliminator to my XBS9SX. Do you get less of the famous showering effect when installed with licence plate.
Belgian weather is rather wet, so it would be an added bonus. |

No, you get more wet but you still get sprayed with the cheese grater anyway. Go for it. Where is that one from anyway? |

Did anyone notice on the new TT that the cheesegrater is no longer perferated, it's now solid, w/o holes. I think there is a picture of it in the Long Beach, CA IMS show thread. It's painted black also. |

As Dave Barry would say, did it occur to anyone else that "Cheesegrater Eliminators" would make a really great name for a rock and roll band?

Yea, you get really wet with the eliminator. You also get covered in sand pine needles and bits of tar, But it is So worth it. I find the worst part is the sand finds its way under the strap on the seat. |

The eliminator can be ordered at Trojan-Horse and is from RRC ?? Sounds like music to me... performing tonight before a live audience... the Cheesegrater Eliminators.

It's painted black also. I thought I saw an accessory item made to cover the holes. Has anyone else seen one or did I imagine it? |

"does that symbol on the seat mean "no passengers"??" That's correct, because there are no passenger pegs. |

Duh! That symbol is ridiculous. Anyway, here is my eliminator. I fabricated it using a 4 1/2" grinder, some emery cloth, a drill, some patience, and some paint. Total cost: $40 bucks. I made a cut-out for the license plate light as well which is hidden under the aluminum. You just need to cut it out of the way so that the clear lens can show.
