so when i install my new drummer, thats not using the servo, will my check engine light come on. and if so, do i have to deal with it or what? i thank all who has the answer. |

I assume you have the stock ecm in place. the first thing you could do is simply hook the servo back up without the cable. The second you could get the race ecm, you could buy the servo emulator from trojan. or you simply can ignore the light. |

yes i have the stock ecm unit in fear of my warranty being voided. the dealer could not give me a strait answer. it was "well it shouldn't". i paid for the extended warranty. thanks for your comment, lost in ohio. |

Slowmotion: Just remove the cable from your servo and leave it plugged in. Once you get the race ECM installed, you can remove the servo entirely. You do NOT need a servo emulator with the race ECM. If you do not plan to run the race ECM, THEN you will need the servo emulator. One or the other and not both bro. |
