Has anyone used this helmet before? Has a built in rearview mirror. Uses mirrors to bring the back to the front! No batteries! The helmet has been on the market for at least a year. But, not much info is out there. Take a look.

from the pictures on the web site I'm pretty sure I would get motion sickness from the helmet. With the rear field of view so close to your face and still turning your head to do head checks before lane changes, and that mirror in front of eyes moving so fast... yep pretty sure I'd fill the helmet up with lunch.

The reviews I've seen were pretty luke warm for it.

It sounds like a nice idea, but I'll bet it's hard to execute well.

I think the venting was the biggest problem with the helmet, but I'm not sure.

I'm still waiting for a wireless HUD that installs in existing helmets like my arai.

It would require wiring a sending unit into the bikes harness for tach, speedo,
warning lights, and other gages/gear indicators, but it would be cool to never
need to look down at the gages.

The thing that is out now that attaches to the outside of the helmet is too limited
in it's output and marginal in it's performance. 2 generations from now It should be
ready. complete with holographic rear view display that you can toggle on/off with
a switch input from one of the micro cameras mounted on or in the tail of the bike.

But that's probably a few years (<5?) down the road. Until then, I'll pass.
