Now days you can get simple stickers made either on your own computer, or at most sign shops. The computer printers at sign shops will use a more weather and UV resistant ink than a home computer. Many embroidery shops and "T" shirt shops also have the ability to make stickers and signs. Small print shops for business and office supplies will also have this ability. I also know that there are some guys on the internet who are doing this type of work, too. (Avoid DecalDude who was kicked off of AdvRider) If you create the design yourself, it will save a little money. However, if you are just using any of the fonts and script that are already on most computers, the sign company will not charge much to design the sticker for you. There may be a minimum order, but it will be small and will not cost much. Once you make the stickers, you can sell off the surplus, and probably make a small profit. Once the original order has been created and saved onto the vendors computer, repeat orders will be very cheap. It is also easy to scale up or down for larger or smaller stickers when the design is computerized. These same companies can also put the design onto magnetic material if desired. This will work well for tool boxes and refrigerators, but not Buells. Go for it! |
