I got my engine rotated which, as many here have said, was much easier than it looked like it would be and now I'm about to embark on the removal of my front cylinder head. Are there any tricks or pitfalls I should know? What about for the removal of the fuel injection and intake? I have the FSM, but I didn't even see it mention the removal of the FI or intake so I want to be sure I'm on the right track. You guys have kept me in the game so far so I thought I'd better see what you think. |

Just follow the manual and you will be good. If memory serves me correctly there is no removal of the EFI system. I think you just have to remove two bolts at the back of the head holding the TB (or is it the intake manifold) onto the head. Then just remove the bolts as the manual states and you will be fine. It's just as easy as what you have already done. HTH |

Cool, thanks for the input. I took a look last night and figured that I could get away without removing the whole EFI system, I'm glad to get confirmation on that. |
