Congrats! Have fun in the Utah Canyons! There's not a better feeling than buying a new bike and after you have ridden it, know you made the right choice Asbjorn |

Cool! Congratulations. After you get it broken-in we'll have to go race so you can see how the Special O.P.S. has enhanced the performance of my Ss! I went for a long ride yesterday down to Kaysville and back, it was kinda chilly but not too bad. Riding through Sardine canyon at night gets pretty chilly this time of year, especially while you are passing the lake! It sucks 'cause this week is supposed to get real cold and then that's it! Winter arrives... with the generous amounts of salt thrown in (the salt is what gets to me the most). Damn! |

Wow she's a real beauty Ryan! Buells have a way of making you forget other bikes exist... Welcome to the addiction. |

Welcome to the tribe! There are too few of us in Utah. I can count on my fingers the number of times I've seen another Buell in the last two years. Do yourself a favor and get the frame pucks! |

Thanks everyone! I love the cherry bomb red! I was nervous as I had only seen pictures online but the color is fantastic! Hopefully we have enough warm days left to hit a few of our canyons. 45 degrees - I'd love to hear that Special O.P.S. though i am leaning towards a drummer right now Oh and i'll be picking up some pucks and Dark Horse Moto sliders soon. Yeah... we Utahn Buellers maybe ought to plan a ride before the weather turns real crappy. That would be fun. Would be two from Logan... |

"What kind of bike is that?" ... that's hilarious. I have already had that question. We should have a Utah Buellers ride sometime ... all 6 of us hahaha. |

Hahaha all these comments are a great way to start off the morning. Two of my friends are sold on the bike after seeing it and, of course, hearing it! The rumble pushed them over the edge hahaha. They are already checking out this board and planning all the things they will do to the bike once they actually get it! (in the spring) |

winter is the buyers market. spring time prices are higher. Tell them to think about that before deciding to wait until spring. |

"Wow she's a real beauty Ryan! Buells have a way of making you forget other bikes exist... Welcome to the addiction." That's a great way to put it! Awsome bike and I'm sure you will like it. Just wait until Spring rolls around and you'll have to be pried off the bike! Nice car by the way also. What is that? Looks like a Lexus maybe? } |

Yes, it is a Lexus. (an is300 to be exact) That is one of my other money pits hehe. It's getting tougher and tougher to decide what I should blow my money on hahaha. Dbird, it's supposed to be nice this weekend and hopefully we'll see another pleasant November. |

I commuted to work today as usual to downtown SLC on my 12s, it was 30 degrees when I left. In Utah, you need the heated grips and a heated jacket, they make all the difference! |

What jacket do you use? I stay fairly warm with a liner in mine but my face and hands sure get cold. I've been looking for some cold weather gloves. |

"...it was 30 degrees when I left." Lucky... up here in Cache Valley it's been around 15 degrees for the last two days during the morning... too cold. But that's nothing compared to when it gets down to 20 below or colder for a couple weeks during winter sometimes up here. Right now it's only 21 degrees with the sun shining. I hope we'll see some warmer days before this chill sets in for the next 5 or more months! |

It's in the high 70's here in Daytona Fl. Sorry but I couldn't resist letting you know. I hope is stops sprinkling soon here so I can take her for a spin. Have fun and stay safe out there. |

True that ... course ... if I lived there I couldn't call in "sick" to work because of 14 inches of fresh powder! |

After checking around, I made my own heated jacket. I did it because I have the Joe Rocket Alter Ego - which is a great jacket, and comes with a rain/wind proof liner that keeps the wind out very well. But, it doesn't allow for a big thick fuzzy electric jacket underneath, unless you want to feel like the Michelin Man wearing all those layers! I "electrified" the liner for the Alter Ego jacket and it works wonderfully. I've ridden in temps down to about 20 degrees and my torso and arms stay warm. In the summer I remove the liner and zip out the panels to leave a mesh jacket that I can wear in temps up to 105 (okay, it's actually pretty damn hot at 105 no matter what you do) And I bought the heated grips kit from Al at American Sport Bike - it was easy to install and works great. Here's details on the jacket and grips: http://www.perrypoint.com/heatedgear |
