When I was at a dealer I was the rental/riders edge manager and in the contract was a paragraph regarding off road use. IE track days and drag racing, not only was it not kosher but the rental insurance would not cover the bike AT ALL. Then again, she may be going as well, and wants to make sure she has something fun to ride as well...
