29 miles into a 1500 mile ride, my check engine light came on. I pulled off and checked. I scratched my head as I smoked and double-checked. Yep, there was an engine right there in my frame, all right. Somewhere in the next 100 miles, the light quit nagging me, and I completed my ride just fine. Still wondering. | ||

Been there, done that. I too stopped, smoked, checked the engine and carried on. It went away. What were you smoking? | ||
