The UPS man came to my door today and delivered the upgrades for the Corbin seat mounts. I bought the Corbin for my firebolt from Al over a year ago, and when a problem became evident he not only personally stood behind the product he sold, he got involved in solving the problem. Then when a solution was found he got the parts in the mail post haste! Remember, this is service a year after the sale! WOW, Al rocks! Where would we be without our sponsors? ...where would they be without us? probably saner, and better rested! |

Thanks Brian, sorry it took so long. If anyone else out there in badweb land got a Corbin Firebolt seat from me with the old bar-from-one-side-to-the-other mount and did NOT get one of these packages, that's only because Corbin didn't send me enough. I sent email to all that I'm aware of in this situation with instructions on how to get one sent by corbin directly to you. If you didn't get that email, contact me and I'll get them to send you one. If you didn't get your Corbin Firebolt seat from me, contact Corbin. It isn't a recall per se, but if it was on a stock vehicle, I'd wager that it would be. You really should get the upgraded mounts if you don't have them. No new corbin firebolt seat delivered in the past 4 months should have this issue. I stopped sales of them once I found out about the issue, so I don't think any from me since very early this year have the problem. Al |

Hey Al, I was not upset in any way. I appreciate the service. You saved me from having to deal with Corbin's infamous customer service department. |
