I board every year in Colorado. I have yet to take my Buell there. What a fantastic ride that would be. Over by Estes Park is just so damn beautiful but I probably wouldn't notice the scenery to much on my Buell! The Colorado pass to Breckenridge, A Basin, and Keystone is a good deal. $380 and you get 10 day passes to any of the other mountains, Vale, Winter Park and discounts on lodging and all the other goodies. I have got the boarding but bad now! Riding my Buell just gets me primed! Makes me think of a backside Rodeo 900 when I ride it through the twisties! |

Sorry to say this but.... It is great! I moved out to CO 6 years back, from Indiana. Some folks may live closer to the mountains than me, but i can get there in 30 mins. 119 from boulder to nederland is great. peak to peak is so much fun, there are just so many great roads to ride. Dmextreme, what do you do for a living? like any other city, Denver has jobs. every time i go back (to IN) i am glad i moved up here. And as a total aside, the horse joke in your profile is one i taught my daughter, cause she could never remember jokes... the other was... "Guy walks into a sandwich shop, says, i want an alligator sandwich, and make it snappy!" |
