I boogered up my clutch inspection cover and found one on eBay for 8 bucks. Can I just swap it out, or do I need to worry about fluids and gaskets? Thanks, --Sean |

As long as you keep the bike upright while opening, you should be ok. |

Even on the side stand, if you are leaking more then a few drops of fluid, you over filled it anyway. |

The gaskets are a bit fragile, but I have never ruined one. I do have a spare on hand though, just in case I do break it when changing the primary oil. They only cost a couple of bucks. Got mine from Daves. I don't know if your local Harley dealer will have one in stock or not. |

yeah same gasket, cost is like 1.75 or so...JUST put one on. Well, before the crash!!! |
