you live in wappingers! you can stop by bear mtn almost any sunday morning or wednesday night and find several of us there. probably not more than a half hour from your home (i'm in rock tavern, so it's a half hour for me too). 9w or 218 are great ways to get there, sets the mood perfectly. | ||

I think we where trying to get a run up into the catskills on the 13th or there abouts. We made an attempt at it this past weekend. I went and rode and verified some nice roads to take us up through the mountains, through cooperstown to the Ilion gorge and then back. Just had to ride them and make sure they survived the flooding in the end of June. So if this is something you want to come on, I am sure there will be talk of it over on the quick board. -Patrick | ||

I am thinking of taking a trip down there on the weekend of aug. 26-27. will be there first thing in the AM. , stay the night, ride more, and then head home. you Bear MT. guys ride every weekend? maybe get together? | ||

Any of you guys ever go to bike night in Poughkeepsie? Its pretty cool, definetly not enough Buells there though. If anyone wants to go its every Wednesday at the Pavillion. Cool bar, right on the river. PM me for directions if anyones interested. |
