I have a similar stand but I used several tie downs to secure the bike. I changed my rear tire friday night and it was touch and go for a while. I am going to make an adapter to hold the muffler square to the lift. A rear axle stand would be better! |

I have a similar one. The only problem I have is that the exhaust is kind of rounded so you have to attach straps to the pegs to keep it from falling over when lifting both wheels off. |

Yes it will work with the Race kit. As you can see I cut some wood block the same arc as the pipe. Lined it with neoprene and it sticks like glue. I put the straps just in case. |

i just have a craftsman one, i have the d & d so i just put it on the stand, jack it up and leave it, no straps or anything. but it has a nice flat plate on the pipe. those jacks are so worth the money, makes it all easier, even just cleaning the rims it is nice. |
