Anyone find a replacement o-ring, say like at L owes? my dealer wants 3 dollars a ring! I like to replace them every time I change oil. |

Any ol O ring will work if its the right size. I've been guestimating mine for years. |

Get thee to any auto parts store. They have O-ring kits there. |

Heh...I bought a pack of 3/8" o-rings from Murray's the last time I was in there for like $2 for a half-dozen. They work fine. |

Parker O-rings... you can get any size/material. Type "parker o-ring" into yahoo to get size chart and suppliers. |

Stupid question, but I'll be changing my oil on my XB9 for the first time tomorrow. What O ring are you talking about? I am guessing for the drain plug? Thanks |

I changed mine for the first time yesterday. It was a cinch. Now I know about the O-ring for next time. |
