Hey Pup, I am not an Orange robe wearing "Buellie". I have had many issues with my bike, the dealers and BMC. In fact the biggest reason I keep my bike is that it is kinda unique and I enjoy spanking riders on all kinds of "superior" Japanese bikes up in the mountains. I enjoy watching people think of me as a rice burner rider only to find out it is part Harley. All that being said I am still very impressed with the XBRR effort. Racing is a sport that requires pushing (and sometimes breaking) every rule in the book. The XBRR has passed the scrutiny of the AMA and despite being controversial it is still LEGAL! As for being close to stock? Who cares! Now I am going to add one more tiny little thing.............. Your posts are tiresome, your attitude childish. Now go hang out on a board that will welcome your bashing. | ||

Indy,unlike most of you,I am not crying.I think it's funny that people post things on here as facts,and because it helps Buell it's not questioned,as soon as the truth is brought up,people in the cult start calling you a basher. Who's crying? As I already demonstrated, you jumped into this thread launching insulting statements and making wild claims about what was legal, what was not, what was stock, what was not. Then you said you don't pay much attention to racing. If you had said things like "I disagree." instead of "You are an idiot." I doubt people would be taking issue with everything you say like they are now. You were intentionally insulting, and making statements about Buells that were designed to create a negative response, which is exactly what you wanted. Then you could get up on your high-horse and tell us all how we are just a bunch of big meanies that deserve to be taught a lesson by someone like you. This is a childish game that you keep starting over and over again in every thread you can. Apparently at some point in the past someone on this board pissed you off and you can't get over it. My suggestion is if you can't get over it, then go away until you can. I'll let you have the last word because I am not going to play your little reindeer games anymore. Ride365, The XBRR didn't compete in the MotoGP. It races in AMA Formula Xtreme. That race was held the day before the USGP I beleive, and was broadcast on Speed TV right afer the USGP. | ||

In the 70s or 80s Honda convinced the AMA to get rid of the $3500 claim rule then built a million dollar flat tracker and cleaned up. Yamaha has introduced specialty bikes, bultaco also etc.... The Buell isn't lapping the competition. It is not that far from what Hals etc built. Buell didn't create any unfair advantage nor did they do anything more (actually a lot less) than others have done. As the four major superbike manufactures have entries in Moto GP where they can experiment with exotic concepts I think formula extreme should be replaced by a super twin type of class. All manufactures make a Harley copy motor of some sort. This would be more fun to watch than having a class with the same top three winners every week. Remember the Jake and Migal show last year. | ||
