OK. Got my rims back from the powder coater. Went to start installing all of my goodies, like the wave rotors. When I took my old rim/rotor apart, I don't recall the rotor drive bushings fitting so tight into the rotor that they need to be pounded in. Can anyone verify this? Seemed to me that there was a small amount of slack between the bushings and the rotor. |

They are not evenly spaced all around. Just got done with mine and had same issue although I didnt force the issue. They should slide in with very slight spacing in between.Try turning them 90 degrees and see if that helps as it worked for me. |

Did your powder coater cover the slot they are supposed to sit in? If he powdered it then you need to get out some tools to get it clean. They were not powdered from the factory. |

Yeah. It's clean. But it's not the washer that sits in that slot that is the problem. It's the bushing that fits in between the slots on the rotor. They fit so tightly that if I hammer them in, the rotor will no longer be free floating once I bolt it down. |
