We just finished building a short stroke (3.125) 1208-cc Street N Track XB9. I am proud to state that is made 111 hp with 82 ft/lbs of torque. It uses one of Brian's Rev Perf 1208 kits with Stg 3 Heads and RS 585-V2 cams. The bike was tuned using Direct Link mapped Race ECM, a Micron and American Sport Bike Open Air Box Kit. This is an awesome combination in that the rev limit is still the stock 7500. If it were race only with one of Henry's ECMs and set at 8200, I bet it would have topped out at 125-hp and 85 ft/lbs. ... More later but we need to get some BWB Sponsor ship money to Blake so we can tell you how to get one of these. ... Terry |

For right now get a hold of Brian at Rev Perf, he can set you up. When we have our Vallejo Performance Services Banner here on BW I will get a lot more pro active in selling what we can do. ... But Call Brian or check his Banner here on Bad Web. ... Terry (Message edited by buelldyno_guy on July 05, 2006) |

Terry - Nice job on the engine. Is there any possibility that you might post the dyno curves for this motor? I think everyone would like to see them. |

Again as soon as we are a paid in full sponsor I will post the data and a little about our new company. ... Terry PS. ... Sorry, Henry Duga runs the Buell Race Department and has some special "Race Team Only" parts. The ECM is one that is tuneable using a DOS program and soon Windows. The XBRR uses an updated version of this type of ECM. ... Hope that answers your question. ... Terry (Message edited by buelldyno_guy on July 05, 2006) |

Jonathan, you can't do what we did to a 12, it is a long stroke undersquare motor. However there is a Rev Perf 1250 bolt on kit for a 12 as well as a 1500-cc / 90inch kit. Give Brian a call he can give you all the details. We will be building two 1250's one with Stg3 heads one without, And we are currently building a 90 incher with heads cams and T/B, It will use a Micron exhaust and American Sport Bike open airbox. ... More on those later. ... Terry |

Terry, are all the internal bits and pieces balanced? How often would a Buell motor with that level of power need to be overhauled? |
