Since I haven't read about any 06 belts breaking yet (except those traced to rock damage).

Who has the most miles on an 06 belt?

Don't think I have the most, but I'm at 13,600 on my '06 Ulysses and still going.

Not bad. I only have 5,600 on my Lightning Long but then it shares road time with my BMW K1200LT so it's not ridden all the time.

I have about 5,000 on mine and it isn't showing any signs of wear. I got about 7,000 out of the 04 belt, so I'll be able to tell you more in a couple weeks.

My '06 belt lasted just 600 miles before it shed all of it's teeth : ( The outside part of the belt was unmarked but all the teeth had just de-laminated.

It was on the race bike but to be honest I was surprised at how it broke.

I have 14,700ish on mine (12R). All Ive seen was the outer layer has developed a hairline crack.
