Bigsherm, It that an XB swingarm or a tuber? I'm thinking about polishing the swingarm on my Em Too. JT |

Jst & Misato, I'd do some polishing work no matter what the part. I'm in Central Texas. I could do a swingarm in a weekend, easily. Let me know. Sherm

Bigsherman, My biggest question would be down time. I've already torn the bike completely down twice this year. The boss lady is starting to ask questions. JT |

Gonna keep it until someone needs it for a crash replacement, or wants a polished one. You interested? |

A guy at work told me a while back that one of his buddies polished his frame (on an R6 I think) and smoothed the welds...Apparently he smoothed too much, and he had an accident when his frame broke in two pieces! I don't know about you guys, but "smoothing welds" would make me reeeeeal nervous....... Frank |

Charley, That's what I'm planning for my XB9R, but I'm adding blood red header, exhaust, and jugs to the list, as well as a few onesies and twosies here and there for flavor. Looks bad ass! Did you paint or powder coat the frame components? Bryan |

Every time I go over the polish it kicks my ass more! I wish a picture could do it justice. Just recently figured out how much difference it makes if you use a new, clean cloth! Sherm |
