Hello All, I have a 2005 XB12R and I want to add the following mods soon. Drummer SS, Race ECM, Race Filter. The problem is the only part I can get right now is the air filter. I'm on the waiting list for the Drummer so theres not much I can do there. Are there any better options than the Buell Race ECM. I don't really want to pay for dyno time. Do you need to get on a dyno to get the stock ecm remapped? Is that as good or better than a race ecm? Any other options? I'm going nuts waiting for this stuff so I want to be ready when the Drummer is. Thanks, Gregg |

Al and Terry were working on a pre made map for that i do believe. You wouldnt need dyno time, just send your ECM to Al and he can send it back the better than Race ECM form. Ask him about it in his sponsor section or at American Sport Bike. |

Gregg, What's the hold up on the Race ECM? I was going to get one soon as well. My Drummer is near completion, but I want to first get used to it without the Race ECM and filter so that I can feel the difference in incremental stages. Doesn't American Sport Bike have them in stock? Ray |

99buellx1, Do you know how much Al charges to re-map the stock ECM? Ray |

I dont know the cost. But a very similar question was just posted in the sponsor section, might be worth watching. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/17143/208113.html?1151173146 |

I will be working on the XB9 Drummer MAP this week on Al's bike along with the Spec. Ops. The XB12 drummer we did during some dyno training was not correct, so I have to change exhaust on my "ULY and finish it correctly. ... Then we will start the Drummer SS. ... Terry |

Buckinfuell, Today I did find a place that has race ecm's in stock but they are not a site sponsor. I'm not sure if I can post the link here?? I did ask around this site but couldn't find any race ecm's . As far as I know, ecm's are on factory back order and nobody seems to know when they will be available. Gregg |
