Sup guys, I know this should be posted in the knowledge vault, but I know Ill get more response here. I have an 04 12r, With a race Ecm, a Jardine exhaust, K&N filter and a chopped airbox. And I had the tps reset. It seems to have a very noticeable stumble between 3 and 4000 rpm. It has done this ever since I did the work. Im just wondering if anyone has a experienced any similar problems, or has any suggestions for me.

That's about the point where you are shifting from open to closed loop operation
in your ECM. It's pretty common for there to be at least a little stumble there.
A tps reset, AFV reset, and static timing check may improve things if it's really bad.

With what I'm seeing from the American Sport Bike muffler shootout and my own experiences, it may never run the way it did stock until you have the correct map loaded in your ECM.

With the correct fueling however, it should run like a scalded dog with that set up.

Oh it definitely moves, I had a vast improvement over the stock setup. Its just that in my experience with cars, if you had a stumble that noticeable, there was a definitive flat spot in your powerband. which usually meant you had some tuning issues. Im just trying to get an idea of which direction I needed to go, thanks for the input guys.

UNCHOP the air box!!! chopped mine up, (05 xb9sx) helluva flat spot were your describing. i mean it literally fell on it's face at 3K picked back up at 4K. went to shytemart got some Duct tape covered the holes, prob. went away. until you can tune the ECm for that much more air than you will have the fall. but then again i read on the Aussie forum that the rubber vortex cone distorts at that rpm range causing the flat spot. there are a few companies out there that make a billet aluminum vortex cone.
