The rear spark plug popped out of the cylinder head when I was driving the head must be stripped. You can still see the threads, but when I put the plug back in it will not tighten all the way. Any solutions to fix this any sealer I can put on the threads. I hope I don't have to pull the head off. |

There are special heli-coil kits for spark plug holes. You put grease on the tap to keep the shavings from falling in the cylinder. I've done it before, years ago, and it worked fine. |

You did this without pulling the head off the bike? That would save me alot of money if I could do that. |

Yes it can be done that way. When you are done, unhook both plug wires and turn the bike over and it will pump out any shavings that may have gotten by. Clean the tap periodically too. |
