Author Message   Swedish_xb12ss Posted on Monday, April 17, 2006 - 08:08 pm:        Hi guys. I'm totally new here! I have just driven my lovely new XB12Ss the first 100 miles. Boy, do i love it!!! There is just one thing that pisses me off. Why is everything so damn expensive here in sweden? I mean....The bike costed like $16500 usd here! I really want the racekit for my bike and here it costs about $1830 usd! Does anyone know where i can buy it and have it shipped to me? I mean.....ok there is a cost for customs and taxes but not that much....right? I have tried to e-mail some dealers in the NY area but without any response! Any ideas from you all? The racekit is not really needed for my driving. I just want it to sound the way it's meant to be! The extra horsepowers are not needed!! The sound is what counts!! Maybe another muffler that doesn't need the racing chip (if there is one?) There isn't many Buells here in Sweden so i don't know where to ask? That way, on your return to Sweden, with the pipe fitted on your bike, you wouldn't incur any shipping, customs or duty taxes etc, and you'd still have a bucket load of change.
